Skewbald Mare /  15 years old

FELICITY was abandoned in a wood in the middle of winter. An elderly couple kindly brought her feed daily for 6 weeks until they contacted us asking if we could give her a home. Shortly after taking in FELICITY, we discovered she was in foal and she later gave birth to our pride and joy little ASHLEY. Despite being neglected herself, FELICITY is a fabulous mother. Mum and baby did great.

They are both very happy here at Belline and Mother and Daughter are still inseparable.

Felicity also has a distinctive bent ear as she was injured prior to arriving at the sanctuary….this just adds to her quirkiness.
