Grey Mare /  18 years old

HAIRY MARY was rescued along with CUPID after being abandoned on the side of a mountain with no food or water. Hairy Mary and Cupid are still the best of friends and are inseparable to this day!

Hairy Mary got her name from her name from her lovely shaggy, long coat.

When she initially came to the sanctuary she was a little shy, but has blossomed into a very sociable and beautiful girl. Like many of our donkeys, she loves a visitor with a carrot or two.
